Key Responsibilities
- Deliver ground instruction for pilot training programs in accordance with approved syllabi and regulatory requirements
- Prepare, update, and maintain lesson plans and training materials
- Ensure students meet required knowledge and competency standards
- Conduct briefings, assessments, and examinations as applicable
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation
- Promote a strong safety culture and comply with all FTO policies and procedures
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, powerplant, and aviation theory
- Previous experience in aviation instruction or technical training is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage, guide, and motivate students
- Bachelor’s degree in aviation or a related field is an advantage
- Relevant instructional or aviation certifications are considered a plus
- Familiarity with aviation safety and regulatory standards
