Key Responsibilities
- Conduct flight and ground instruction in accordance with approved syllabi
- Ensure accurate completion of PTRs, logbooks, and training records
- Adhere to FTOM, SMS, and Quality Manual requirements
- Maintain flight safety and operational discipline at all times
- Support student preparation for examinations and skill tests
- Comply with duty time and rest limitations as per LARs
Qualifications
- Valid Flight Instructor License issued or accepted by DGCA
- Compliance with LAR Part IV requirements
- Strong knowledge of flight training standards and safety practices
- Previous experience in a Flight Training Organization preferred
- Excellent communication and instructional skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
