Role Description

The Flight Operations Coordinator (Dispatcher) & Pre-Sales Customer Support plays a central role in daily flight operations and customer engagement. This front-desk, on-site position serves as the main coordination point between students, instructors, maintenance, and management. The role combines operational control responsibilities with customer service and pre-sales support to ensure safe, efficient flight operations and a high-quality client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily flight schedules and aircraft assignments
  • Monitor aircraft availability and operational readiness
  • Support flight planning, flight following, and dispatch activities
  • Maintain accurate operational records and student training documentation
  • Coordinate closely with instructors, maintenance teams, and operations management
  • Exercise authority to delay, cancel, or reschedule flights when safety concerns arise
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, the Flight Training Operations Manual (FTOM), and safety policies
  • Act as the first point of contact for students, customers, and visitors
  • Provide clear information on training programs, sightseeing flights, and services
  • Handle inquiries, scheduling, enrollment support, and customer follow-ups
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming front-desk environment

Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of flight operations, dispatch, and aviation processes
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional and proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with aviation software or dispatch tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in aviation, business, or a related field
  • MBA in Business Analytics or Data Analytics is highly preferred
