Flight Training Requirements
Applicants for flight training must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid aviation medical certificate issued by an authorized medical examiner.
Familiarization Flight
Your training begins with a familiarization flight , where your instructor introduces you to the aircraft, the airport env ironment, and the designated training area.
Flight and Ground Training
Through a combination of flight training and ground school , you will learn the fundamental principles of aviation and gain the theoretical knowledge needed to progress safely in your training.
Your First Solo Flight
After successfully completing the required stages in the Beirut Wings Private Pilot training syllabus , and once your instructor confirms your readiness, you will perform your first solo flight.
Skill Development
Continu e flying regularly to build experience and refine your skills , both with your instructor and independently, as you advance through your training.
Written Exam and Flight Test
Before obtaining your license, you will complete a written examination, followe d by an oral and practical flight test conducted by a LCAA - designated examiner .
Keep Flying
Once you earn your pilot certificate , continue building experience, stay connected with the aviation community, and most importantly, keep flying.
